Italy has been booked! August 17th – 26th, a small group will explore the hillside town of Orsara, Italia. This is located at the top of the heel. Participants will explore the soil and how it travels through the food to entice us at the table.
Our wonderful host, Peppe Zullo, will demonstrate his connection to the land and how it influences his culinary creative. You will become married to the land in a special way as you too discover the culinary creative inside!
