Exclusive Importer for Masseria Cusmain Products – direct from Puglia!
After meeting the Cusmai Family in 2010 and then seeing their operation in 2011, we are proud to be the importer and promoter of excellent extra virgin olive oil from the region of our grandparents – Puglia. In Andria, Apulia, Southern Italy, the climate influence, technology of extraction, the precious indigenous cultivars (“Coratina” especially) combine themselves giving rise to an extra virgin oil with a unique profile, harmonious and balanced suitable for several culinary uses!
Thanks to their careful and meticulous selection, we are able to offer their very best oils with different taste lines: the “ Intense flavor” , the “Delicate flavor” and the Extra Virgin Olive Oil. We are also excited to bring their San Marzano tomatoes, their Passato tomatoes, the Sugo Ortolano( Marinara Sauce) the Coratina olives in brine, Coratina olives pitted and seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, and seasonings. Other Products from Puglia are Pure Raw Honey from Orsara, wild flower, sunflower, eucalyptus , and orichette along with the Burnt Flour from Pietro Zieto, Andria, Italy.
