Seasonal Menu Creation ~
La Campagna serves unique family recipes as well as those you would find in any Italian Trattoria or Café. The menu is prepared daily and we use locally sourced and grown products like many cooks in Italy. This provides you a fresh food experience. When available we use organic products free of growth hormones, genetically modified foods or other unnatural food additives.
Because we shop daily looking, each day brings about the opportunity to savor delicious entrees created to highlight those foods in season. If you have a favorite dish, we suggest calling ahead so we are able to accommodate your desire.
Made to Order ~
All of our items are made to order. There are no short cuts in our cooking method. Italians believe food is to be savored and experienced. You are encouraged to sit back, relax and enjoy your dinning experience at leisure.
The staff will list the entrees of the day. If you would like to know the preparation method or ingredients, please ask. We will prepare any entrée according to your specification. Please notify our staff and the chef will discuss your preference.
